We are a friendly and approachable team and all members of our team go out and deliver care to our customers. This is an integral ingredient to delivering good quality care, as all members of the team keep their care giving skills fresh and never forget what is needed to arrange good care.

As a team we know how to help each customer to live well, how to help customers to wash and dress with dignity and kindness and critically, how much time it takes to complete the care each customer needs. We sell our customers exactly what they need, no more and no less.

We have a dedicated team of care staff and management local to where you live. We offer our staff ongoing training and development, far beyond industry standards. It matters to us that our staff can meet your needs and understand when and how you like to be helped.

Meet The Management

Fay Townsend-Jackson- Managing Director

Fay oversees the overall quality of the service and is very actively involved in seeing the customers regularly and helping to meet their needs. She still does her share of alternate weekend work in the community so she can see both the staff and the customers interacting, to make sure things are running smoothly.

Fay also helps with staff training and supervision sessions for this service and the other services and projects she oversees. She has a number of projects in development but her aim always remains the same. To deliver great care at a great price that helps people to live well.

Stacy Dunne - Registered Manager

Stacy manages the day to day running of the service, such as setting up care packages and allocating work to her staff team. She personally supports the care staff through their induction training, development of skills and Qualifications in care to allow staff to become confident in their role and make sure they understand how we like to help our customers live well.

Stacy also liaises with external organisations, such as social workers and doctors to make sure our customers have everything they need to live in comfort and peace. She is a very helpful and kind person and will be delighted to arrange additional support, should you need it.
