OFFICE PROCEDURES POLICY

Policy

The office should have an area for private meetings, interviews and training courses and should provide a space where people who have a disability which prevents them from attending certain areas can speak in private to a member of the The Care Worker Agency team.

The Care Worker Agency and its employees are responsible for the way the office is run and to ensure that health and safety are of paramount importance.

The office will be open to the public from 10:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) but office staff will be in the office from 8.00 until 16.30.
